  • Technical Issues: If technical issues prevent us from delivering the service, we may offer a full or partial refund.
  • Misleading or Incorrect Information: If our services do not match the descriptions provided at the time of purchase, please get in touch with us within 7 days, and we may offer a refund after review.

Please Note: Refunds will not be granted for circumstances outside our control, such as your ad performance, platform changes (e.g., social media algorithms), or errors due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Setup Fees: Any initial setup, onboarding, or consultation fees are non-refundable once the service is initiated.
  • Used Services: Services that have been completed or partially completed, where results have already been delivered, are non-refundable.
  • Custom Campaigns: Custom-designed advertising packages are generally non-refundable after work has commenced.

If a payment is disputed with your bank or card provider before contacting us, we may temporarily suspend your account until the dispute is resolved. We encourage clients to reach out directly to resolve any concerns for faster service and resolution.
